Rates
During your first appointment with Dr. Beasley, he will conduct an extensive clinical interview, review your medical and psychological history with you, and begin to formulate a treatment plan. Your first session  will be for one hour and the fee is $175.00.. Payment is due at the time of that appointment. Future appointments will be 45 minutes in length and the fee is $135.00. Payment is due after each appointment.

Insurance
Dr. Beasley practices as a fee for service psychologist. This means that payment for his professional services are due at the time his services are received. He does not file nor accept insurance reimbursement for his services. However, realizing that many clients elect to use their health insurance benefits for psychological services, Dr. Beasley will assist his clients in filing for reimbursement from their insurance carrier or employee benefit plan. Dr. Beasley's professional services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan as an out of network provider.  At the end of each session and upon your request, you will receive a form that you may file with your insurance company and they will reimburse you directly for covered services. 
 

If you like, you may contact your insurance directly. Check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
• How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment
Cash, check, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and debit cards are accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
Dr. Beasley usually maintains a waiting list of people waiting for appointments. Unkept appointments prevent others from obtaining an appointment. if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the appointment. You may cancel an appointment at any time including weekends by calling our office telephone 405.341.4313. Please note: you will not be charged for an appointment missed due to a true emergency.
